    • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and HR development initiatives.
    • Developing and implementing business development and client engagement strategies.
    • Managing billing, accounting, and internal financial controls.
    • Providing IT support, cybersecurity oversight, and digital infrastructure management.
    • Overseeing marketing, brand management, and external communications.
    • Ensuring the firm’s operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous service improvement.
